Registrations for the 2025 Season

  • Junior Fees

    • First Kicks = $60.00. Indoor at Tahuna or Edgar Centre. 3-5 year olds - Part of Royals Academy

    • 6 year olds = $80.00. Typically playing at the Kensington Oval.

    • 7 and 8 year olds = $120.00 ($140 if paid after 10/05/25, unless by Prior Arrangement). Kensington Oval.

    • 9 to 11 year olds inc. = $140.00 ($160 if paid after 10/05/25 unless by P.A).Playing 7 v 7.

    • 12 to 13 year olds inc. = $150.00($170 if paid after the 10/05/25 unless by P.A). Playing 9 v 9.

    • 14 to 15 years old inc. = $150.00 ($170 if paid after the 10/05/25, unless by P.A). Full size pitch.

    • 16 to 17 year olds inc. = $150.00. ($170 if paid after the 10/05/25, unless by P.A). Full size pitch.

    • Youth Development = $200.00 ($220 if paid after 10/05/25). Full size pitch.

    AN ELECTRONIC TEAM PHOTO IS INCLUDED IN ALL FEES ABOVE FOR FIRST KICKS, 6 to 17 YEAR OLDS.

    WE WILL BE ENTERING (DEPENDANT ON NUMBERS) AN ALL GIRLS TEAM IN EACH AGE BRACKET.

    NEW FEMALE MEMBERS, PLEASE NOTE ON THE REGISTRATION FORM, UNDER “Additional Details - Comments” IF THIS IS YOUR CHILD’s PREFERENCE (Play in an all girls team), OR EMAIL THE CLUB at dcroyals.fc@gmail.com.

    EXISTING FEMALE MEMBERS PLEASE EMAIL THE CLUB WITH YOUR PREFERENCE IF YOU ARE NOT ALREADY IN A ALL GIRLS TEAM.

    GET THEIR MATES ALONG AS WELL TO ENSURE THIS HAPPENS!!.

    Senior Fees (18+)

    • Women’s Southern League, Women’s Premier League, Men’s Southern League, Southern Premier League & Men’s Fletcher Cup (includes walkout kit) = $360.00 ($390 if paid after 10/05/25, unless by Prior Arrangement).

    • Senior Men (Division 2, 3 and 4) = $295.00 ($320 if paid after 10/05/25 unless by P.A).

    • Senior Women = $295.00 ($320 if paid after 10/05/25 unless by P.A).

    • Masters Men = $295.00 ($320 if paid after 10/05/25 unless by P.A).

    ALL FEES ARE TO BE PAID BY THE 31st May 2025, UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS (P.A) ARE MADE. No Pay / No Play

    Please email dcroyals.fc@gmail.com if you need to establish a payment plan. We are here to help. Unfortunately if no attempt has been made to pay the fees or make arrangements with the Club by the 31st May 2025, the additional fee will be applied.

  • For Season 2025 we have the following payment options:

    1. Pay by Credit Card (Stripe - Pay now). Note there is a surcharge which will be calculated as part of the registration and is displayed (approx 2.5%).

    2. Bank Account payment which means you can pay later direct from your friendly manager or bank account. Final payment is to be made by the 31st May 2025. Please include your child's surname and Invoice reference with any transaction done through the bank.

    If you require a longer period to make payment or wish to pay by instalments, please contact the club to discuss options at dcroyals.fc@gmail.com.

    We also have an option to provide a letter of reference to assist applications to funding bodies like Sport Otago's Sporting Chance or other hardship grants providers. These providers will often consider Individual's circumstances to assist in sport participation (such as paying club registration fees).

    Dunedin City Royals FC want to ensure that every child has the opportunity to play sport. If you are struggling, don't be afraid to ask us for help.

    We treat every player's individual needs with absolute confidence and privacy.

    Please note that if no attempt has been made to pay the fees or make arrangements with the Club by the 31st May 2025, the additional fee will apply.

  • For the 2024 season Dunedin City Royals FC will continue to be using Friendly Manager for all of our club registrations rather than MyComet.

    All EXISTING MEMBERS go to the existing member login button here, enter your email and password and logon. This will then provide you access to your account where you can select the correct option as a player and register. Alternatively hit the main button below to follow the same process.

    If you have forgotten your password, just reset to a new password. Please do not contact the club for password access as we cannot provide that information.

    Please read our CLUB POLICIES, which include our Code of Conduct before registering.

    You must select a payment option to be registered and see the “Registration complete” at the end.

    You should also receive a confirmation email. Check Spam or Promotions folders, and also add dcroyals.fc@gmail.com to your address book to ensure you receive other future club correspondence.

    Please register before Sunday 7th April 2024 to ensure placement into a team.

  • Click on the relevant link below to begin the registration process for either U18 Registration (Parent or Guardian required) or an 18+ Registration.

    All NEW members will need to create a new account when registering this season. Fortunately, this account is created for you automatically during the sign up process.

    1. Start by filling out the details of the player(s).

      • Parent or Guardian required for players U18, and

      • A Parent or Guardian can register multiple siblings under this first step.

    2. For any players U18, Parents and Guardians must to fill in their information. Players 18+ can proceed to the next step.

    3. Read and Accept the Terms and Conditions.

    4. Proceed to Summary and Payment. At this point you can either choose to “Pay by Credit Card”, or “Other”. By selecting “Other” this makes payment direct from your Bank Account, which allows you to pay whenever is convenient up to the 4th May 2024 (Basically a Pay Later Function). You can also make part Payments during this time. Note you are best to make the payments directly out of Friendly Manager inside your newly created account, rather than going directly through the bank, however both options will work!!

      Please note that paying by Credit Card does incur a small charge (approx 2.5%).

      If you require further time beyond the due date stipulated, please feel free to contact the Club on dcroyals.fc@gmail.com and we will sort something out.

    5. Please note you must select a payment option to be registered and see the “Registration complete” at the end.

    7. On completion of all of the above you are then registered for the 2024 season. The club will be in touch over the next few weeks as we build towards kick off. WELCOME ABOARD!!!
